Naples Community Home Watch is officially Licensed with Collier County

Any business operating anywhere in Collier County (even inside city limits of Naples, Marco Island or Everglades City) must have a county business tax receipt. The business tax receipt is for the privilege of engaging in a business activity either for profit or non-profit.

Naples Community Home Watch LLC is also a legal Florida Limited Liability Company registered with the Division of Corporations in the State of Florida.

If your Home Watch is not Legally Licensed, WHO will be trusted to enter your home?

Naples Community Home Watch is Bonded for your protection. 

  • A Dishonesty Bond with a minimum of $10,000 coverage is included. 
  • Bond coverage amount can be increased by homeowner request.
If your Home Watch is not Bonded, WHO will cover your losses in the event it is needed?

INSURED

ASK FOR proof OF OUR insurance policy & coverage amounts

Naples Community Home Watch is Insured for your protection. 

  • Our Insurance Policy includes General Liability with $1 Million coverage per occurrence and $2 Million coverage aggregate.
  • Homeowners can request to be named as “Additional Insured” on our Policy.  This means you will be automatically notified by our Insurance Carrier if any changes  or cancellations are made to our policy.
If your Home Watch is not Insured, WHO will be liable when accidents happen?

Naples Community Home Watch has been accredited by the National Home Watch Association. 

Not all companies qualify for membership in the National Home Watch Association. Accredited members have been carefully screened, References have been checked, and Insurance, Bonding and Licenses have been verified. Accredited members have agreed to abide by the Code of Ethics and set of standards.
